Complete Access

No man should have to carry it on his own. Not you. Not the man sitting next to you.

Nine documentary episodes. Forty-four people, 37 men and 7 women, who sat down and told the truth about what men carry and rarely say out loud. The episodes are free, and we want to keep them that way, so any man, whatever his situation, can watch them. What we're offering here is everything underneath them, and a way to help us keep it free and keep reaching the next man: the means to share the series far and wide, and to set up men's circles, online and in person, all over the world.

What Complete Access is

It isn't buying nine videos

It's stepping inside the brotherhood, keeping everything, and helping keep it alive for the men who can't pay.

  • All nine episodes, yours to keep and watch again, no time limit.
  • The 44 full-length interviews behind the series. The whole conversation with each of the 37 men and 7 women.
  • Audio versions of everything, for the car and the walk.
  • Full transcripts.
  • The 60-day challenge. Daily actions that turn what you've watched into something you actually do.
  • The community. Other men, the same honesty as the Saturday room, from anywhere.
  • You help open more rooms. Your contribution goes to setting up more men's circles, online and in person, so more men can find one near them. And as the project grows, we want to fund mental health and suicide-prevention hotlines too.
The number

740,000 people take their own lives every year. 555,000 of those are men.

1,521 men every single day

More than one man every minute. Almost all of them carrying it alone.

The room

What this is really about

I'm Theo. Every Saturday I sit in a circle of men here in Bali. No stage. No fixing. It started with six men. Now there are over 800.

You only need one man to be brave enough to say, I'm really struggling with this right now. And it sets off a ripple. You watch their shoulders drop. And you get magic.

The episodes are how we get men to the door. Because every man needs courage to step into that space, and that's exactly what episode one is all about.

Why it matters

We're the janitor generation

My father died when I was thirty. He said he wished he'd spent more time with my brother and me when we were little. I wonder how many older men feel the same when they're nearing the end of their lives. Priorities.

But more importantly, we need to get men speaking. Honestly. Vulnerably. Without victimhood. That happens by opening more men's groups. More rooms. More circles.

For you, or for a man you love

Most men won't buy this for themselves

If this is for you, take it for you. Watch it late, when the house is quiet, and let it do its work.

And if you're getting it for a man you love, a partner, a father, a son, a mate you're worried about, you already know he'll never buy it for himself. Most men don't. That's exactly why it matters that you do.

A word from me

Why I made this

A few years ago, Covid took the lot, from financial success to gone. Over a number of months the pressure on me was huge. I spent weeks waking up at four in the morning, a husk of a man, putting on the performance that everything was fine.

There was a morning shortly after my 50th birthday when I didn't want to be here any more. What stopped me was the thought of my wife, my two boys and my family. I couldn't do that to them.

But the fact that I'd even had that thought scared me enough to look into it, and that's when I discovered the numbers I shared above. That 1,521 men a day take their own lives.

A big part of my healing was men's groups, so I wanted to create something that normalised them all over the world. I made this series so more men can find those rooms. The series is free, and it stays free, because the men who need it most often can't pay for anything. Complete Access is how the men who can pay keep the whole thing alive for the ones who can't.

The difference your part makes

You're keeping a room open for the next man

Right now, somewhere, a man is sitting in his car on the driveway. He doesn't want to go in, and some days he doesn't want to go on. He won't call a hotline. But he might walk into a room of men who have been where he is, and won't flinch when he finally says it out loud.

That room is where it turns. I've watched it happen, week after week, a man walk in grey and walk out lighter, because for once he wasn't carrying it alone. Your contribution is what opens the next one of those rooms, in the next town, for the next man.

1,521 men take their own lives every single day. We will never reach all of them. But we can reach the next one, and the one after that. When you come in, you're not buying videos. You're helping make sure that when a man finally reaches for the door, there's a room on the other side of it.
