Trust matters to me more than anything else here, so here is the honest breakdown.
A percentage of every membership goes directly to suicide prevention: to the hotlines, and to training and supporting the volunteers who answer the phone, so there is a real person on the other end when the next man has nowhere left to turn. I have set that share at a level I can sustain today, and I have made a promise that it will rise over time.
The series only exists because a handful of generous people invested in it before a single frame was shot. Until they are repaid, it would not be right to give away money that is owed to the very people who made all of this possible. The moment they are reimbursed, the share going to prevention goes up.
The rest keeps everything running. Card processing takes a cut of every payment. A significant share goes straight back into advertising the free nine-day series, so it reaches the men who need it most, and into supporting the contributors who trusted us with their stories. The remainder covers the real cost of creating more content and of keeping all nine episodes, and everything around them, online and free for anyone, for as long as this exists.

Do I have to wait for the episodes like everyone else?
No. The free way releases one episode every twenty four hours. The moment you become a member, all nine are unlocked and yours to watch in any order, as many times as you like.
Why pay if I can just wait and watch it free?
Honestly, if all you want is to watch the nine episodes once, the free drip does exactly that, and you should use it. Membership is for the people who want more than a one-time watch: the full forty four interviews, the community you can lean on, the groups as they open, and the rest of what we have built. What exactly do I get?

How does the suicide hotline funding work?
A percentage of every membership funds suicide prevention, and it grows over time. The rest covers payment fees, repaying the investors who made this series possible, advertising the free series so it reaches more men, and keeping all nine episodes online and free. Once the investors are repaid, the share going to prevention rises. It is built into the price, so the act of joining is itself the contribution. There is more detail in the "Where your membership goes" section above.
What is the difference between the plans?
Nothing in what you can access. Monthly, annual and lifetime all unlock the full membership. Monthly is the lowest entry point, annual is the best value if you stay the year, and lifetime is a single payment for permanent access, capped at the founding five hundred members.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time from inside your account. Lifetime is a one-off payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
I don't have time to watch all of this.

Is this only for men?
No. The series was made for three people: the man exploring this for the first time, the woman who loves a man and wants to understand him, and the mum raising a boy on her own. The membership is open to all three, and many women join to gift it to a man they care about.

Fair question, and the honest answer is we are opening it in stages so it never feels empty. It launches with two rooms, one to introduce yourself and one to ask the Brotherhood anything, and grows from there as members arrive. You are not walking into an abandoned forum.
