For the last seven months...

I've already filmed 43 interviews with contributors from 16 countries. The stories are raw, real, and powerful.

I facilitate at a men's group that gathers every Saturday morning at 8am. We started with seven guys. We now have 700+ in our WhatsApp group, and between 30 and 60 turn up every Saturday morning.

A safe space to share authentically, vulnerably, and without judgment. I witness the benefit of this every single weekend. And our goal is to create 1000+ safe, held groups like this around the world.

Theo is the creator of Time of the Sixth Sun, a movie & documentary series that reached over a million viewers worldwide. With three decades in media and digital marketing, he specialises in building purpose-driven content that inspires global movements.

Every Saturday, he facilitates at Bali Brotherhood, a men's group that's grown from 7 men to over 700. At 50, as a father to two teenage sons, he brings lived experience to every frame of this project.

Ryan Herrington

Speaker · Facilitator · Mentor · Founder of BrotherhoodOS

Ryan is a speaker and facilitator in the men's work movement and the founder of Bali Brotherhood, where 40–60 men gather weekly to reconnect, speak truthfully, and support one another.

With a background in coaching, leadership development, and strategic business consulting, Ryan helps men align who they are internally with how they lead, build, and contribute in the world. He co-leads Bali Brotherhood every weekend and is focused on scaling this work globally through BrotherhoodOS.
